Katie Marecle

Hi! My name is Katie Marecle. I've been a part of the CCLC family since June 2010. I'm 20 years old and a junior at Eastern Michigan University, where I'm majoring in Secondary Education for Social Studies. I'm earning my minors in Geography and Psychology. From a very young age, I've had experience working with younger children, especially because of my younger brother, Nick. Being the oldest in my neighborhood, I was also responsible for babysitting many of my neighbor's children. For the past two summers, I've been a nanny of two for a family in Chelsea. I have absolutely loved seeing those two children grow and mature throughout the years I have known them. In my spare time, I love to read, watch movies, travel and be outdoors. I'm looking forward to continuing to learn and grow beside the amazing children, families and staff at Children's Creative Learning Center.
