Hi! I am Liz Satin. It has been my pleasure to work at CCLC since the center opened in 2003 in every classroom, but mainly in the Infant/Toddler house as a substitute teacher/caregiver. My educational background is in business and I have completed several early childhood development courses. I love working with children of all ages. In addition to working eight plus years at CCLC, I have experience as a first grade reading tutor, a girl scout leader for six years (ages 5 to 11) and as a church youth leader for over a year now.
I am originally from Ohio and married to Jim Satin. Jim is a mechanical engineer with Black & Veatch in Ann Arbor. We have two daughters, Mandy & Annie and two cats, Simba & Tiger. Mandy is a freshman at Saline High School and Annie is an eighth grader at Saline Middle School. Both girls baby-sit.
I enjoy boating, early morning walks, watching football, rugby and hockey (Red Wings), reading, baking, kick-boxing, going to art museums, shopping and spending time with family, friends, CCLC staff, parents and children.
I’m looking forward to getting to know you all better and I feel blessed to be here at CCLC!!!
